It has been designed as a “one stop shop” for Parishioners and the wider community and is intended to provide up to date and historical information on all Parish Council related matters, including meetings and decisions. It is only a starting point and we are open to suggestions on how to improve the content.
Chippenham Without Parish Council provides a vital part of local democracy, representing views and guarding local interests with Wiltshire Council and many other agencies.

Draft Chippenham Without Neighbourhood Plan
(2022 – 2036) Regulation 16 Consultation
Wiltshire Council is currently consulting on the proposed Chippenham Without Neighbourhood Plan, which has been formally submitted by Chippenham Without Parish Council.
Following this consultation, the comments received will be passed to an independent examiner who will consider the representations and recommend whether the draft Neighbourhood Plan should be put to a community referendum.
The consultation starts on Monday 13th March 2023 and responses must be received no later than 5pm on Tuesday 2nd May 2023.
Please be aware that all representations will be publicly available and may also appear on the Wiltshire Council website.

REGULATION 14 NEIGHBOURHOOD PLAN CONSULTATION The Regulation 14 Neighbourhood Plan documents were published and available by following the Home Page Menu Link above. The Consultation commenced on the 4th January 2022 and ran until the 28th February 2022. Every household and business within the Parish were sent hard copy consultation forms and stamped address return envelopes for responses. Hard copies of the Draft Plan were made available on request.
