Chippenham Without Parish Council wishes everyone in our parish a happy new year for 2009

.

Parish Council plans for play areas in the Parish have been postponed while the District Council implements its own scheme in Goodwood Way The Parish Council is progressing plans for a full size community hall within the parish. A rumour has eminated from the Government that the plan of 2006 to incorporate Chippenham Without Parish into Chippenham Town parish which we vigorously opposed has been implemented. If true this would take effect at the next planned parish council election in 2013.

Parish Meetings.

Parish meetings are generally held at St Peters Church, Frogwell. A Public Participation period is provided from 7.45pm to 8.00pm before each meeting.

Future Meetings:

Wednesday January 2009 - t.b.a. at 7.45pm for public questions - Council meeting starts at 8.00

Can you help us - we would like to install additional SEATING, LITTER BINS and NOTICEBOARDS in our Parish - can anyone let us know good locations?
