Proposed Meeting Room
NEWS -
Chippenham Without Parish Council propose converting the existing Cart Shed near Derriads Barn to make a small meeting room.
A survey is in our Parish Newsletter which is being distributed to all households within the proposed catchment of the meeting room (mainly Cepen Park South, Drakes Crescent and Turpin Way areas). It is important to the Parish Council that as many people as possible complete the survey to help determine the future of this project.
Please Note - the survey will close on 7 July with results published on the Parish Noticeboards on 14 July.

Council AGM
At our annual parish meeting will be held in May, we elected Chair, Vice Chair and Treasurer and set out responsibilities for various areas of council work.
Chair - Mr Paul Reynolds
Vice Chair - Mr Terence Bate
Treasurer - Mr John Gill

Parish Meetings.
Parish meetings are generally held at St Peters Church, Frogwell. A Public Participation period is provided from 7.45pm to 8.00pm before each meeting.
